Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Introduction
Atriam, Inc. ("Atriam," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Atriam platform at atriam.ai and the Atriam mobile applications for iOS and Android. Atriam is a brand and product of Atriam, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information (name, email address, password)
- Business and organization data
- Lead and project information you enter into the platform
- Communications you send through the platform
- Call recordings, voicemails, and call transcripts when you useAtriam's calling features
We also collect information automatically:
- Usage data and analytics
- Device information and IP address
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (such as Google Drive, Gmail, or Home Depot Pro Referral), we access only the data necessary to provide our services. For Google integrations, this includes:
- Google Drive: read and write access to sync project files
- Gmail: read-only access to monitor for lead notification emails
We do not sell, share, or use your Google data for advertising. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration in your settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the platform
- To process your transactions and manage your account
- To send service-related notifications
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
5. SMS & Text Messaging
Atriam sends transactional, account-related text messages to phone numbers that account holders provide and explicitly consent to at sign-in. These messages are limited to one-time login verification codes (2FA) and account or security notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not operate recurring SMS campaigns from this program.
Opt-in. Consent is collected separately for each message type on the Atriam sign-in screen at atriam.ai. Login codes: by entering your mobile number and tapping Continue, you agree to receive a one-time login verification code at that number, as stated in the disclosure shown above the button. Account alerts (for example, new-lead and missed-call notifications): sent only if you check the optional account-alerts checkbox. That checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to sign in or to use the Service. Each disclosure states what you will receive, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, and how to stop or get help.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP, email help@atriam.ai, or call (858) 477-5888 for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information collected for this SMS program is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above.
6. Calls, Recordings & AI Processing
When you use Atriam's calling features — business phone numbers on the platform or the Atriam mobile apps — calls may be recorded, and recordings, voicemails, and transcripts are stored securely within your business account. We use AI services to process call transcripts, messages, and documents you provide in order to power product features such as call summaries, drafted projects and estimates, and automated responses. This data is used to provide the service to your business; we do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising. You can request deletion of recordings and transcripts at any time. You are responsible for complying with call-recording consent laws that apply in your jurisdiction when you enable recording.
The Atriam mobile apps request access to your microphone (to place and receive calls), camera and photo library (to attach photos), and send push notifications for incoming calls and messages. Each permission is requested in-app and can be revoked in your device settings.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
10. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict processing by contacting us at help@atriam.ai.
